Inventz is designed specially to meet the requirements of small and medium sized enterprises (SME), such as computer stores, cell phones stores, bookstore, boutique, shoe store, antique store, book store, retail stores, online shopping malls or home business etc. It is easy to create invoice, update inventory, manage user, backup and restore. Inventory supports full customizable company info, tax code, invoice number etc.Inventz is an active control program which allows the management to handle Vendor details, Customer details, Items details and to maintain stock.

Inventz is powered with a good product life cycle which includes Purchasing,Selling, stock transfer, demo samples and stock returns. While purchasing, the stock (On Hand Quantity) gets automatically added to items list according to the items received and once the invoice is generated the stock (On Hand) gets automatically subtracted from the items list according to the items invoiced. Inventz generated reports are very accurate and supports in decision making. Various kinds of reports like stock report, customer reports, vendor reports, every day sale report and ware house reports can be generated as and when required.
