Inventory Management used to manage the stock details Present, upcoming, sold out stock details. Using this software we can generate all kind of reports. Inventory Management is designed specially to meet the requirements of small and medium sized enterprises. It is easy to create invoice, update inventory, manage user, backup and restore stock by Inventory Power's user friendly interface and functionalities. And Inventory Power supports full customizable company info, logo, tax code and value, invoice number etc.

Payroll  Module

The payroll module maintains all the information on employees. This includes keeping track of calculation of payments, sales, time clock and taxing.

Accounting  Module

Accounts module is the main module of the project which receives data from all other modules to give final reports about business. The whole process of keeping the accounts is highly simplified for the user. All updating in accounts are made automatically. The sales, purchase, returns and other transactions are entered in the account once invoices / memos are made. The changes in vouchers, bills, memos can be made any time and the changes are made in account books automatically. All the entries in ledger can be reposted in the ledger after deleting the ledger, if the need ever arises.

Customer Module

Customer records can be set up and stored in the Customer Accounts section. Basic information can be stored for each customer. Also, a customer can be set up as a charge customer. Customer lists can be printed to allow for the updating of customer records. Address labels can be printed to be used with mail outs sent to customers. Customers can be sent letters or postcards. A detailed customer report can be obtained giving sales history.
