USER ACCOUNTS

To categories and restrict the access Admin can create users like Faculty, Non Teaching Staff, Librarian, Accounts etc., There is 1 Admin account through which one can create users and set their access levels. A forgot password option is provided to retrieve any password which has been forgotten.
               

MANAGEMENT

The biography of all those on the management is handled in this module. Details like Name, Designation, Educational Qualification, Address, Phone/Mobile/Fax number, Blood Group, E - mail can be entered and displayed. The photographs of all the persons also can be added.

STAFF

Similar to management all the details of the Teaching and Non teaching staff are stored along with their photographs their respective departments and date of appointment. At the point of joining the salary is also can be stored and just be giving the number of working days in a month the salary brake up will be generated.

STUDENTS
               

The student biographical system is the heart of SMS application which accommodates a centralized database. It provides a secure environment enabling staff to access, share and update student data faster and easier than ever before. All the details pertaining to the students like Name, Admission Number and data of Admission, Class, section and Roll number, Data of Birth, Blood group, Present and Permanent Address.Other details of their parents and guardians details can also be added.

MARKS

This modules deal with the marks and grades of the students. In this module you can define the different test and exams for the whole academic year. You can define/describe the different grades. Enter marks subject wise for each student in every class and section. The total and average marks are calculated automatically. If required Progress card can also be generated.

ATTENDANCE

Attendance is an integral part of any institution. Attendance of both the students and the Staff can be maintained. The attendance reporting is done in two forms one in the chart form and the other in the table form. Attendance in table form is viewed and printed either for one student, a group of students of the whole class or section.

LIBRARY

Library management module helps you keep track of all the library activities. All your books in your library are documented along with the details of the author and publisher. You can view all the books in the library with their details. Each book carries a unique reference number for easy management. You can issue and accept the returned books to staff and students. 

FEES

All the details of the fees collected from each and every student can be accessed in this module. Fees receipts can be printed on every payment and all the payment records are maintained in this module and can be recalled at any given point of time.

REPORTS
               

Reports play a major part in any institution. This helps the management to tune up the areas which needs to be carefully handled. The teaching staff will be having the performance graph of each and every student from which they can pay more attention towards students who are not able to perform.
